Booking.com: when you click “check availability” you are redirected to Booking.com, which acts as an independent data controller for any data you provide there. Their processing is governed by Booking.com's own privacy policy.

No personal data is sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Data is processed within the European Union. Where a sub-processor is based outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
